What to Know Before Scheduling

All animals must be registered in our system with proof of required vaccines 1 week prior to their stay.
Vaccines required include:
- Dogs: Bordetella, Rabies, and DA2P -Parvo.
- Cats: Rabies and FVRCP.
- Kittens & Puppies will need age-appropriate vaccines.
If you are a new client, your pet will need an evaluation, and current vaccination records must be provided beforehand. If records are missing or your pet is not up to date during the week of drop-off, we’ll send you a courtesy reminder; if the records are not received within 48 hours of that reminder, your reservation will be cancelled. Pets that will be past due for any required vaccines during their stay must have them updated beforehand. While providing vaccine records is the owner’s responsibility, we are happy to assist if needed.
It is mandatory to have set drop off and pick up times. Late fee's may be applied if there is no communication from parents.
Our boarding facility is in the lower level of the clinic. Your pet(s) will need to be able to go up and down them daily. Some exceptions may apply (medical disability (blind) or pet is under 30lbs and tolerates being carried).
If you are bringing more than 2 pets, you must provide adequate support during the transition from your vehicle to inside the building (1 human per 2 pets.) We are more than happy to assist with any inventory you might have outside.
We highly recommend your pet be on flea and parasite prevention. It MUST be documented if they have fleas upon upcoming stay. If we find fleas during their stay, you will be notified of treatment plan and cost.
We do not board animals that are ill, in recovery, or diabetic pet(s) that are not clients of our clinic.
