New Client Evaluation

There is a new client fee of $10.40

All new clients must register for a Meet and Greet prior to their stay. (For canines only)

Felines will be assessed at drop off and owners will need to stay until we safely get pet into kennel space. If we cannot safely handle your pet from their carrier to their kennel, your pet will not be able to stay with us.

Evaluations can take anywhere from 15 minutes to a few hours. We must be able to accomplish the following:

• Safely take leads on and off pet(s)
• Safely take pet(s) in and out of room/kennel space
• Safely take pet(s) on regular walks
• Overall handle and touch pet(s)

If the staff is not able to safely handle your pet or feels that your pet would not do well in our facility from behavior while being evaluated, your pet will not pass the evaluation and will not be able to stay in our boarding facility.
